Yesterday Lynne gave birth to a perfect baby girl. She had no epidural, no pain killers at all during the birth. According to Lynne, as the labor pains hit a crescendo, she started screaming: "I'm going to die!" At that point, the nurse figured the baby must be close. So she quickly assembled the doctor, delivery nurses, clean tools, sheets, etc. and the baby was born minutes later. You are one tough woman, dear Lynne!
Congratulations to you Lynne.
ReplyDeleteSo happy to read you and the baby girl are okay.
I wish her a long life full of small and big adventures.

ReplyDeleteLynne is my hero! Can't wait to meet her gorgeous baby!
ReplyDeleteYay Lynnie for your sweet new babe! I'm guessing you opted to go natural because you didn't want to face the needle to get an epidural....remember when you went to the health center to get a flu shot with Steve? Oh, the memories. :) I'm glad you survived both the flu shot and natural labor! Love you!
ReplyDeleteFantastic!
ReplyDeleteYay for you Lynne! You have conquered something I will never count as one of my own successes :) You're such a tough cookie.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Lynne and Steve. One day earlier and your little one and Grandma Colton would be celebrating their birthdays on the same day. I've had at least one baby (Lori) completely natural, but not by choice! I screamed so loud they could hear me at the other end of the maternity ward. You're a brave woman, Lynne Millar! Love, Aunt Ellie
