Sister Boot Camp

This week my 8 and 5 year old girls are grounded, for fighting.
(They look so idyllic in these pictures.)
But fight they do.
So we are having sister boot camp this week.
I mean business.
That's right, I'm calling in the big guns.
Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle. Forced viewing of Little Women.
(Save us, Marmee, with your pacifist ways!)
I'm so desperate that I might even be forced to adopt some kittens, because kittens make everyone love each other.

  1. We have had the same in our house this week too! Same ages, but a boy and a girl. It is the 5 year old girl who is being naughty. I don't know that Little Women would change things. We have listened to Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle twice but maybe a third time will be the charm.

  2. It's so nice to know we're not the only ones with sibling issues. I love the idea of a boot camp. It may have to wait for a few more months. I'm intrigued to know how things turn out for you.

  7. Remember a long time ago when we had that conversation about research proving that the more siblings fight as kids, the closer they are as adults? Well, I bank on that research every time mine go at it. Just think, your three girls will be the very best of friends when they grow up...nothing like a sister:)

  8. Jen, I think about that EVERY DAY! :) My children will all end up being negotiators for hostages and terrorists!

  9. I'm not exactly the best friend of my brothers ... depends greatly on the character ... if not only occurs in women about being Exceptional between sisters friends ... but what we are not best friends with my three brothers and I ... could be because my family all have very strong characters?
