nativity

This weekend we took pictures for a photo nativity slideshow with our little primary. Our family does this every year, either with neighbors or church friends or just family. It's one of my favorite traditions because it's so hilarious to see the old slideshows each year, and kids are just so sweet dressed up in angel costumes and sneakers. I usually use music from Peter Breinholt's Noel Album.

(we feel strongly that every nativity have a giraffe and chicken.)

  1. Peter Breinholt bought our first house when we had to move from Salt Lake City to Portland. It was a beautiful little house that I hope he enjoyed living in. This blog world sure is a small little place!

  17. That reminds me of the scene in the movie "Love Actually" where the daughter comes home and tells the mother that she's going to be in the school play and she's going to be a lobster
Mom: "There was a lobster at the birth of our Lord?"
    Daughter: "Duuuh"
