Here's a simple linen dress I made recently. The pattern was inspired by a 1940's dress that I found in an antique store. The dress is made from one piece of fabric (the sleeves are not separate pieces.) It was quite a simple dress to sew and quite enjoyable to embroider the bird while I watched my kids chasing around the garden.
